By accessing or using AI Stack Atlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, restrict access, or terminate accounts where we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for AI Stack Atlas or others, or used the service in an unlawful or harmful manner.
4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

Listings, rankings, recommendations, badges, categories, summaries, or comparisons do not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee by AI Stack Atlas unless explicitly stated in writing. Product features, prices, terms, service levels, and availability may change at any time. You should verify important information directly with the relevant vendor before making decisions.
The service may reference or link to third-party websites, applications, documentation, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, practices, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, organization, compilation, text, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, logos, databases, software, editorial content, and other materials, is owned by AI Stack Atlas or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AI Stack Atlas for your internal informational and research purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the service or its content without our prior written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations about AI Stack Atlas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Promotions
If AI Stack Atlas offers paid features, subscriptions, premium reports, sponsored placements, vendor profiles, advertising, or other commercial services, the applicable fees, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and any additional conditions will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement. You agree to pay all fees and charges you authorize, including applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided in the applicable order terms.
Promotional offers, discounts, trials, sponsored content, or beta access may be subject to additional limitations and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We may identify paid or sponsored placements where required by law or platform policy.

Those rights are addressed in our Privacy Policy rather than these Terms.

AI Stack Atlas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant that content will be accurate, current, complete, or suitable for your intended use. You assume all risk arising from your reliance on information obtained through AI Stack Atlas.
Artificial intelligence technologies and related markets change rapidly. Content about AI systems may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate due to product updates, policy changes, new legal requirements, vendor disclosures, or technical developments. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Stack Atlas, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or procurement of substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AI Stack Atlas for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Stack Atlas, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: your use of the service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; your submitted content or information; your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party rights; or your misuse of any third-party product or service referenced on AI Stack Atlas.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense. You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes obligations on us or admits fault by us without our prior written consent.
12. Governing Law, Disputes, and General Terms
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply, you agree that the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes not subject to arbitration or another agreed dispute process.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@aistackatlas.com and provide a reasonable description of the dispute, the relief requested, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, but we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Stack Atlas regarding the service, except for any separate written agreement that expressly supersedes them.
